Lindsey is a former basketball, soccer, sailing, and weightlifting competitor. She understands the mindset of the performance-driven athlete. She’s also a working mom who gets that life is hectic, and it rarely slows down because of pain or injury.
She delivers personalized, movement-focused care to clientele of all ages and athletic abilities, including high school, collegiate, and professional athletes, first responders, and the general public. She holds a Bachelor of Human Kinetics with Specialization in Strength and Conditioning from Trinity Western University and a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Alberta.
