Dr. Meghan Trebilco

Chiropractor

Meghan’s journey into chiropractic care began through her own experiences as a powerlifter and bodybuilder. Competing at a high level taught her the importance of strength, recovery, and listening to her body—and it was during those years she discovered how chiropractic care could help her overcome injuries and move better. That experience inspired her to help others.

She earned a Bachelor of Health and Physical Education from Mount Royal University, then moved to Portland, Oregon to complete a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology and her Doctor of Chiropractic degree—graduating magna cum laude from the University of Western States.

In practice, Meghan takes a well-rounded approach that blends strength-based rehab with needling, soft tissue therapy, and chiropractic adjustments. She focuses on getting to the root of musculoskeletal issues, restoring joint mobility, and helping patients truly understand their bodies so they can feel stronger, move with confidence, and manage pain long-term.

Outside the clinic, Meghan loves staying active—whether that’s heading out for a run, exploring new workouts (her latest favourite is pilates), or simply enjoying quality time with her family.
